I engaged Driveway Builders to lay some 95 square Metres of limestone patio, a concrete base and some fencing. It was very important to get the levels correct to avoid problems with rain runoff. Paul took great care in his pre-assessment and his hardworking team delivered an excellent job. We hit a few unforeseen problems on the way but throughout the lads were resourceful and adaptable and determined to deliver a good outcome. I asked my architect to assess the project and he too was duly satisfied. I am pleased to recommend Driveway Builders.

Paul and Vlad were brilliant, they turned up and got on with the job. Overcame the numerous “discoveries” made while digging down the 100 year old drive. Kept me well informed of the situation with regards to poor rainwater drainage
situation from my gutters and rectified for an agreed fee. Barely took a cup of tea or coffee the whole time and obviously take huge pride in their workmanship. They gave advice on maintenance and upkeep and what to
expect with regards to weathering and settling. 30 years of doing drive ways and it 100% shows, I don’t actually want to put the cars back on it!!!!!

The guys worked quickly and efficiently and while there will always be some mess from work like this they left the place tidy every day. We had a couple of days of really bad weather that delayed the job but Paul promised to get the drive complete by Christmas and as a man of his word he and his team finished both the drive and a large area to the front of the house on Christmas Eve! Now there's dedication for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Driveway Builders, the price was very fair and there were no nasty surprises along the way. I had my front driveway totally ripped up and replaced. We went from messy gravel slipping down towards the house to a beautiful block paved one. The workmanship was excellent and the team were polite and hard working. Great job!

Rebuilt the base of the whole drive and brought it to a new level, installing a new soak away and drainage. Put in new kerbing and installed cobble on one side and new gravel on the other. A great job and the finish is excellent, we are very pleased with it. A good crew who looked after themselves. If there were any decisions about how to install something or the finish we would prefer they came to us and explained and didn't just go ahead without conferring with us first.

Paul and the team at Driveway Builders did a great job laying a new driveway for us, replacing the existing gravel driveway with a modern block paved driveway. Despite some challenging conditions they persevered and completed in a timely manner, to a good quality standard and as quoted. Would recommend.
